The Emergency Services Academy operates a number of Ground Search and Rescue Schools annually.
Currently, the following school is planned for Summer 2008. This schoole will run in conjuction with the Basic Encampment.
The schools provide realistic training to prepare the professional rescuer with the ability to
succeed in real world operations. Physical and academic subjects develop skill sets that are
necessary for accomplishing the search, rescue and disaster relief missions of Civil Air Patrol.
These schools have been approved by CAP National Headquarters as meeting the training criteria
in the National Emergency Services Curriculum Project Leave your ego and rank at the door. These are schools
to learn what you need to know to go on a real mission.
These are schools that NJ Wing runs so you can learn what you need to know in ES.
