Civil Air Patrol members age 16 or older and their parents will need special permission to enter JBM-D-L. If you do not already have a DOD ID card, CAC, or DBIDs card, your information must be added to JBM-
D-L’s Entry Access List (EAL). Please see your squadron commander for more information. Cadets under age 16 will be allowed on JBM-D-L without being added to the EAL.
