In-Processing for Basic Encampment will held off-base at the:

TIME: 1030 hrs -1230 hrs (Doors are closing at 1230).

Cadets (and Parents/Guardian) should plan to arrive at the designated time and location with copies of all required paperwork and all items on the packing list. Cadets (and parents) must sign the packing list. Do not bring items that are not on the packing list. All luggage will be thoroughly checked for contraband. Cadets will remain with families through each stage of the In-Processing, which includes but is not limited to registration, medical, and inspection.
Upon completion of In-Processing, Cadets will be shuttled to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst and begin their Encampment.
To increase efficiency, have all paperwork including CAP ID CARD ready for presentation at the registration table and have medicines, if any, immediately accessible at the medical table.

From New York and Northern New Jersey - N.J. Turnpike South to Exit 7(Fort Dix) Route 206 South (go to second traffic light -- about 1/2 mile) to Route 68S. Take Route 68S (10.5 miles) and turn right at the traffic light onto Fort Dix Rd. Helen A. Fort Middle School is 2.0 miles further on the right.
From Delaware and Southern New Jersey - N.J. Turnpike North to Exit 7(Fort Dix) Route 206 South (go to second traffic light -- about 1/2 mile) to Route 68S. Take Route 68S (10.5 miles) and turn right at the traffic light onto Fort Dix Rd. Helen A. Fort Middle School is 2.0 miles further on the right.
From Philadelphia - Take Walt Whitman Bridge toI-295 North, travel to Exit 40 (Route 38 East, toward Mt. Holly). Follow 38through Mt. Holly and across Route 206 to Pemberton. Make a left in Pemberton(sign says To Military Bases) on Route 616 which becomes Fort Dix Road. Helen A. Fort Middle School is 2.5 miles further on the left.
From Northern Pennsylvania - Take Pennsylvania Turnpike to New Jersey Turnpike Take N.J. Turnpike North to Exit 7 (Fort Dix) Route 206South (go to second traffic light -- about 1/2 mile) to Route 68S. Take Route68S (10.5 miles) and turn right at the traffic light onto Fort Dix Rd. Helen A. Fort Middle School is 2.0 miles further on the right.
